This little guy's old owners couldnt take care of him anymore, so they gave him up to Lil Monster shelter (Manhattan) where he would be safe and get a great new home. I met Charles on the day I foster my dog, Sophie. Charles is a great little man, he has beautiful coats and has lots of personality. When I first met him, he would shy for a minute or two, but after he get warms up, he would come to your side happily to greet you! Charles get along with cats and other dogs
